ACS Event On-site Commercial Co-Venture Agreement

This agreement is only intended to be used when a vendor shows up at an ACS-hosted event and informs event organizers that the vendor plans to operate a commercial co-venture (also known as a cause marketing campaign). In other words, the vendor plans to tell event attendees that a purchase from the vendor will benefit ACS. This is a highly regulated activity and, for the protection of ACS and the vendor, should only be conducted with a contract in place.

Instructions for completing the agreement:

  1. Click here to access the agreement’s DocuSign PowerForm link.
  2. Enter your name and email, the vendor’s name and email, and your staff partner’s name and email.
    • The DocuSign link to complete will be sent immediately and directly to the vendor’s email.
    • Once the vendor completes the information and signs, it will be sent to the ACS staff partner for signature, then legal signature.
  3. Agreement is complete!

Description of fields that the vendor will complete:

  • Qualifying sales: In the Title of the Agreement, insert the item(s) that will be sold by the vendor that they plan to tell the public will benefit ACS.
  • Contribution to ACS: Insert the percentage or dollar amount from each purchase of the item(s) described above that will benefit ACS.
  • Date of the promotion: List the date(s) that the promotion will take place. If it is a single-day event, only one date needs to be listed.
  • ACS event: List the ACS event at which the promotion is taking place. Please include the name of the event and the location.

Signature: The vendor will complete their name, company name, date of signature, and insert their signature.

Please remind vendors that they cannot imply that ACS endorses their company or any of their products or services. We can publicly thank them for their support.
