RFL Team Recruitment on Campus

Campus Relay For Life events are possible because of the students, staff, and community members that come together to participate, fundraise, and fight back against cancer. This guide is intended to help you, as an ELT member, increase your event’s participation by recruiting more teams and attendees. Within this guide, you will find resources and tips for recruiting a wide range of participants and team captains on your campus, from student groups to school staff and community members.

Recruiting new members is important to expand your event’s participant numbers and increase engagement from the surrounding community. Relay For Life events are our chance to bring together the campus community to support our mission of ending cancer as we know it, for everyone. More participants means more money raised to fight back against cancer!

When we rally together in the fight against cancer through this fun and inspirational event, we can accomplish anything!  Let’s jump in…
