What does it mean to have a volunteer empowered event?
It’s YOUR event, while receiving coaching support through virtual outreach (e.g., phone calls, meeting attendance, emails, video chat)
Coaching support includes providing resources, training (e.g., donation processing), sharing best practices, providing mission information, discussing concerns and solutions
Events would be eligible for website, incentives, ACS insurance, and other resources.
Volunteer empowered events are just as successful if not MORE than traditionally staffed events.
