How to Use This Exercise
This exercise uses AI to help your Relay For Life Event Leadership Team identify new recruitment opportunities. No prior AI experience is needed.
- Open ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or another AI assistant.
- Copy and paste the entire markdown file into a new conversation (or upload the “rfl-recruitment.md” file).
- Answer the AI’s questions as completely as you can. It’s okay if you don’t know every answer.
- Review the recommendations and decide which ideas make the most sense for your community.
Don’t stop after the first response. Ask follow-up questions like:
- “Which opportunities should we prioritize?”
- “Draft an outreach email.”
- “Create a 90-day recruitment plan.”
- “Give me more ideas.”
AI is a brainstorming partner, not the final decision-maker. Use your team’s local knowledge and judgment to decide which recommendations to pursue.
