The Event Leadership Team (ELT) workshop was designed to help you focus on planning your upcoming event. The information provided in the workbook is meant as a guide and will provide you with helpful information. Not sure where to start? Let us help!

If you have 30 minutes with your Event Leadership Team:

• Focus on the exercises outlined on pages 2-3

If you have 45 -60 minutes together:

• Work through pages 2-4

If you have 90 minutes:

• Complete pages 2-4 plus either 5, 6 or 7 (depending on your event’s needs)
• Consider adding the remaining 2 activities to stand alone ELT meetings.

The full workshop can be completed within 2 hours, but do what works best for your ELT!
