Get a toilet, paint it purple and have people make donations for the toilet to be put on family, friends or co-worker’s lawn.
To get the toilet removed they must also donate (or buy “anti-flush” insurance to not get it at all!).
You an also do the same with flamingos in a yard and “flock” houses!).
Get in the spooky spirit and offer up some treats instead of tricks! Organize “Boo Baskets” that people can purchase with a donation to be delivered on a specified day
Getting dressed up and having a nice meal will always draw a crowd. Food, wine, and a bidding war is always a recipe for a success!
