Commit to purchase a certain number of tickets $20 – $100 worth. Invite donors to make a set donation (i.e $10) to ACS. You pledge 10% of your winnings to ACS and split the rest among your partners.
Check to see if your State has the Lottery.
Wait for a nice sized jackpot.
Send pictures of your tickets, (usually Quick Picks) to all your donors before the drawing.
If no one wins, start it over again.
Win a small amount, purchase more Lotto tickets and do it all over again.
