Our amazing teams are selling tickets for just $20 each through their preferred ACS fundraising platforms. With a $20 donation, you’ll be automatically entered into our exciting sweepstakes.
Each entry gives you a chance to win fantastic prizes. The drawing will take place live on Wednesday, May 20th at 8pm EST, all participants will be able watch the live drawing. Don’t miss your chance to support a great cause and win big!
Prizes
Rules
- Item must have a monetary value: more than $100 but less than $600.
- Items cannot be only redeemable locally to the team (example, gift certificate for a local restaurant in Alabama).
- No firearms, alcohol, or live animals.
- Send description and picture of your time to Heather no later than March 20th.
- Teams/events are responsible for shipping their item to the winner. (including the cost of shipping)
- Sell tickets for $20 each between April 17 and May 18.
- Send your team’s ticket sale spreadsheet to Heather each Friday.
- Send your final spreadsheet to Heather on May 19th by 5 pm EST.
- Drawings will all take place live on Wednesday, May 20th, at 8 pm EST.
- Each ticket gets the holder into all drawings.
- Winners stay in for the remaining drawings.
- If you decide not to participate after ticket sales begin on April 17th, you are STILL responsible for providing the prize you committed to.

Important Dates
- April 17 — Ticket sales begin
- May 18 – Ticket Sales End
- Wednesday, May 20th at 8 pm EST — the drawings will take place via Zoom for all ticketholders & winners stay in for the remaining drawings.
- Thursday or Friday, May 22nd — Prizes will ship within 5 business days to the winner!
