The Spirit of Strides Awards are intended to honor and recognize both an event and fundraising individual/team that embodies the relentless Making Strides Against Breast Cancer spirit and commitment that has propelled the success of this movement for more than two decades. This form is to be used for event nominations.
Nominations can be submitted by the Region leadership volunteers and Society staff. Events will be notified if they are nominated. Regions can designate one event winner for the region award. The six regional event winners will be nominated for the National Spirit of Strides Event Award.
The deadline to submit nomination-based award entries is November 11, 2022. Upon nomination completion, please email your form to CommunityFundraisingAwards@cancer.org. Nomination forms should be converted to PDFs before submitting and named using the naming convention Region_Award_Nominee (e.g., NER_SpiritofMSABCEvent_MSABCHopeville). Any supporting documents or photos should be included with the nomination form.
